The Spark of New Ideas & Words Waiting to Be Written
Dive into what’s been fueling my creativity this week—plus tips to help your writing flow.
This week, I’ve been reflecting on how inspiration can strike in the most unexpected places. Whether it's a lyric that lingers or a moment that stays with you long after it’s passed, there’s magic in those fleeting sparks.
I’ve also been thinking a lot about the way we write—how sometimes the words flow easily and other times, they don’t. In this week's Sneak Peek, I’m sharing some of the things that have sparked my creativity lately and a few writing tips that might help you navigate the blank page when it feels a little too quiet.
Let’s dive in.
Quote of the Week:
”To love at all is to be vulnerable.” —C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves
Love is always a risk, and vulnerability is its most honest companion. To truly love, we open ourselves up to both the beauty and the pain it brings. In his words, C.S. Lewis reminds us that without that vulnerability, we are never truly experiencing love in its fullest form. It’s messy, it’s raw, but it’s also where we find our most real connections. To love is to let yourself be seen—completely, and without fear.
Currently Listening:
"Heart It Races" by Dr. Dog
This song carries a pulse of energy that matches the feeling of chasing something just out of reach. It has a way of making you feel like you're caught between excitement and uncertainty, moving forward even when the destination is unclear. It’s the soundtrack to that moment when you’re on the verge of something new, when the heart beats faster with anticipation and wonder.

Thomas Deininger’s work is a powerful reminder of the beauty and complexity hidden in the things we often overlook. His work isn’t just about art—it’s a call to be more mindful of the world around us, to question what we value, and to recognize the potential for transcendence in even the most overlooked corners of our lives.
Writing Tips:
Writing a book is a journey, not a sprint. There will be moments of doubt, but those are just pauses before the next wave of inspiration. Embrace the process and trust that the words will find their way to the page. To help keep the magic alive, here are a few tips for staying productive and inspired along the way:
Stay Positive: Celebrate the small wins—finishing a chapter, hitting a word count goal, or simply having a good writing day. Writing a book is a marathon, not a sprint, so embrace the pace and trust that the words will come in their own time.
Seek Inspiration Everywhere: Inspiration is everywhere—on a walk, in the quiet of a café, or through the melody of a song. Let life whisper its stories to your heart, and let those moments fuel your creativity.
Reward Yourself: Every milestone deserves a moment of joy. Treat yourself when you hit a goal, whether it’s a chapter finished or a set number of words. These small celebrations help you stay motivated and remind you that the journey is just as important as the destination.
Share Your Progress: Writing can feel solitary, but sharing your progress with trusted friends or fellow writers can give you a fresh perspective. Their feedback and support can help you stay motivated and keep your vision alive.

New Book Bundle
The Gift Of Words
This season, I wanted to offer something special for those who find beauty in words and solace in stories. I’m thrilled to share the Gift of Words Holiday Bundle—a collection of three books that hold my journey of love, loss, and everything in between. With LVOE., LVOE. Volume II, and The Best of Atticus Poetry Collection, this bundle is more than pages; it’s a reminder of what it means to feel deeply. Whether it’s for yourself or someone who could use a touch of poetry, I hope these words find their way to a heart ready to listen.
As the week winds down, remember that inspiration can be found in the smallest moments—whether it's a song, a poem, or a quiet afternoon. Let the world around you fill your cup, and take a moment to reflect on the words that spoke to you this week.
Keep moving forward with your story, no matter how slow the progress feels, because every word is a step closer to where you’re meant to be. Stay wild, stay curious, and above all, stay true to the magic within.
xx
