This week’s inspiration, straight from the shadows ✨
Poetry, music, books, and the little things sparking magic this week—dive in.
Some weeks, inspiration finds me in the quiet—between the pages of a book, in the lyrics of an old song, or in the way the light falls just right. Other weeks, I have to go looking for it. Either way, here are the words, the music, and the magic that have stayed with me. I hope they spark something in you, too.
Quote of the Week:
There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning.” — Louis L’Amour
There’s a certain magic in endings—because they are never really endings at all. What feels like the last page is often the first line of something new. Trust that the closing of one door is just the quiet opening of another.

“Rainbow” by Cage the Elephant
Some songs feel like a lifeline, like a hand reaching through the dark to pull you back into the light. Rainbow by Cage the Elephant is one of those songs—raw, vulnerable, and shimmering with the kind of love that lifts you up when the weight of the world feels too heavy. It’s about finding your person, the one who sees past your shadows, who reminds you that even in the storm, you are still something beautiful, something bright—floating like a rainbow.

Currently Reading:
Daring Greatly by Brené Brown is a reminder that true strength is found in vulnerability. It teaches us that showing up, even when we’re afraid, is the bravest thing we can do. It’s about trading perfection for authenticity, fear for courage, and stepping into the arena of life—uncertain, exposed, but fully alive. A book for anyone who’s ever doubted their own worth, and for those daring enough to believe in something more.
Inspired By:
Marianne Moore’s Poetry is an ode to the raw, unpolished truth of words—the kind that cut through the noise and make us feel. She reminds us that poetry isn’t about pretty lines or perfect structure, but about honesty, about finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. It’s for those who have loved, lost, and lived enough to see the magic hidden in the real.
Fan Feature:
Every week, I showcase incredible works submitted by you, the readers. Want your poetry featured next? Find me on Instagram and send over a few of your favorite pieces via DM—I can't wait to read what you're creating 🖤
There’s something beautifully bittersweet about this line—like a love that lingers even as it fades. The idea that the stars were waiting, that the universe knew, but for a moment, their smile was still enough to light the dark. A quiet, aching kind of magic ✨ Check out @caelvianpoetry on Instagram!

⭐️ RESTOCKED ⭐️ BUCKET HATS
It’s back—the Heart Bucket Hat has officially been restocked. Embroidered with the words "Love Her But Leave Her Wild," it’s more than just a hat—it’s a love letter to the free spirits, the wanderers, and the ones who refuse to be tamed. Made from 100% terry cotton, it’s the perfect companion for sun-drenched adventures, quiet moments under the stars, and everything in between.
Designed for those who chase sunsets and dance barefoot in the sand, this bucket hat is as effortless as it is meaningful. Whether you're road-tripping down the coast, sipping wine in a hidden café, or simply dreaming of your next adventure—this one’s for you. Restocked, but never for long. ✨
Inspiration is everywhere—hidden in the quiet, waiting in the wild, lingering in the words we didn’t know we needed. I hope something here sparks something in you, a thought, a dream, a reason to keep chasing the magic. Until next time, keep searching, keep feeling, keep writing.
Love from the shadows ✨

Good read.
Cage The Eephant reminds me of Collective Soul. They don’t tie themselves to one specific sound, and are willing to play with ideas.
I scroll down to look for some of your poems, but I didn’t see any in the Internet seems to think you’re some kind of a lawyer 🤷♂️.
I just started writing again two weeks ago on Substack after coming here to follow some journalists. It’s been a refuge in this chaos world right now. I’ve been writing one a day, at least.
Here’s what I wrote the other day. I hope it is enjoyed by anyone who Decides to read it

Thanks for posting “Rainbow” by Cage the Elephant. Love it and your Spotify playlist. Also, I love your Substack name (don't know if it's a pseudonym). My dog is Atticus. Atticus is my favorite character in my favorite book, "To Kill a Mockingbird".
